How we can help

We work with you and the licensed asbestos removal contractor (LARC) to ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with your instructions. Our experienced personnel will review working methods, equipment and risk assessments, prepare the site, verify arrangements for waste removal and transit, and supervise works to guarantee compliance with the law.

In addition, we provide professional and reliable asbestos fibre air monitoring. Our analytical services include:

  • Compliance monitoring
  • Personal air monitoring
  • Leak monitoring
  • Reassurance monitoring
  • Background monitoring
  • Four stage clearance and Certificates of Reoccupation

Air monitoring paperwork and certification is completed on handheld tablets and can easily be printed on-site for the building manager and the contractor if required. Our asbestos air testing services are available on an emergency basis 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

All of our analysts hold the BOHS P403 and P404 certificates or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Air Monitoring.
